I recently came across Mary O’Malley’s book, “What is in the way, is the way!”

What is in the way is the way

This book invites you on the most important journey you will ever take: the journey back to yourself and to a trust-filled connection with Life. On this journey, you will discover how to weave every part of yourself into your own heart so that you can know the joy of being fully here for Life.

The book is filled with teachings, stories and exercises which will guide you every step of the way on this journey. It is a book to enjoy, to work with, and to keep by your favorite reading chair for times when you need to be reminded of its timeless truths.

What is you hate? or loathe or do not like?
Whatever we judge or condemn is another is ultimately a disowned or rejected part of ourselves.

This is your shadow.

The ego consciousness will immediately defend and react and of course when you do react to a projection you also become that projection.  This is vibrational frequency.
Energy.
Of that, which we are.
What you resist, will persist!
Paradox.
Light and shadow.
Balance.
How can your shadow become your strength rather than it be your demise?
We have the polarity of everything that which we consider good and that which we consider bad.
How could we know the light if we didnt know the dark?
When will you take back all of which you have projected?  OMGOSH!!!! If you are affected….
Chances are this is the result of what is good or bad.
Feel it, see it and …….
acknowledge it…….
and……..
Unconsciously the demon lurks so it is projected to tLet it gohe external world.  The demon will persist for as long as you resist.
The most toxic ways of being that can have the most profound affects to your health and well being, are your thoughts and emotions.

THE GUEST HOUSE

This being human is a guest house.  Every morning a new arrival.  House

A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all, even if they’re a crowd of sorrows,

who violently sweep your house, empty of its furniture,

still, treat each guest honorably.

He may be clearing you out for some new delight.

The dark thought, the shame, the malice, meet them at the door laughing,  and invite them in.

Be grateful for whoever comes, because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.
